Established 8 years ago, Destiny Technologies Heavy Load Plant Services was founded with a mission to fill the skills gap in heavy machinery operation across Uganda and beyond. We are the only road equipment training school in Uganda accredited by the Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT), and we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence in training and job placement.

Sino Truck Operation (1 month) We also provide training in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction and Site Management, and Auto Mechanics.

2. Is there job placement support after completing a course?
Yes, Destiny Technologies offers internship opportunities and job placement support in partnership with top construction companies, such as East African Crude Oil Pipeline, Arab Contractors, and others. We help place our graduates in various local and international projects.

3. What are the entry requirements for enrolling in a course?
The minimum requirement is a Primary Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification, with fluency in English. Our courses are open to all, regardless of gender, and we also offer specialized programs for government workers, including local government operators, Kampala City Council, Uganda Police, and the Uganda Peoples Defence Forces.

4. How do I obtain a permit after completing my training?
Destiny Technologies assists trainees in processing all classes of driving permits upon successful completion of their training programs. This service is provided to ensure that graduates are fully certified and prepared to enter the workforce.
